Neither the sponsors, nor any member, director, shareholder, or member of the Curry County Cruisers, the Port of Brookings Harbor, County of Curry Oregon, shall be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to all or part of he participants display or vehicle. The participant does hereby waive any and all the rights he or she may have against them for each loss or damage. Participants will not have any sound system in play during the event. If the participant is less than 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign for the participant and have, and show proof of insurance. Show is rain or shine! No refunds due to weather.
