This year's car show was a GREAT success!
We had 142 registered vehicles in the show and another 15
cars outside the parking area who were there just to spectate and
display their cars for the enjoyment of all involved.
A big THANKS to all our members who helped put this on
and a Special THANK YOU to all those who attended either as
participants or as spectators.

September 5th, 2009MDA Benefit Car Show
was a relative success, considering the 3/4" of rain that fell. There were 53 registered vehicles, about 40 of which stayed the whole day, and the event took in over $5,000
and a SPECIAL THANKS to Lucky 7 Casino
for making it all possible.
A video slide show has been produced
from Ron's pictures. There are two versions:
One with a special ending that actually isn't related to MDA,
but the author thought is was a cool finish.

6 Band Concert and
Classic Car Show & Shine
that we were competing with Cruzin' Eureka to the south and The Blackberry Festival in Bandon and Rods 'N Rhodies in Florence to the north, 16 cars wasn't too bad a showing.The car show portion of the day's activities added $160 to the Food Bank coffers.
